Best Moderator of the month

there is best member of the month ,,,why don't we have a thread about best moderator of the month .....

one more thing Navigator told me about it ... thread about "the best thread of the week/month"

how about to start it now ??? :D

umm.. we already had something like that quite sometime ago as you can see in THIS (http://www.englishsabla.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=7521) thread.

dunno.. but all moderators are doing a fantastic job, and so i dont see the necessity of having a poll . that was my opinion.. lets see what the others think.

yes i tend to agree with Bi all of us are doing a great job..and find that there is no need to have the best mod of the month..i wonder what the others think!

regarding the best thread poll.. well we already thought of it, and there are plans. you'll have to wait and see. :)

You're all good and co-operative Mashallah but I don't see why we shouldn't have the best moderator poll?!

hmm..best Mod of the month......there is a certain number of mods...and it wont be fair...

some mods get busy and wont be very active...other times....member will fight with a mod..and so that will affect their decision..:rolleyes: :D

lot of reasons...i personally dont agree with it..:)

fav thread..as B.I..mentioned is being implemented already..and will be around soon...:)

I think it is a good idea for the follwoing reasons:

1. It will make the efforts done by some moderators recognized by the members.
2. It wil create a competition environment between moderators.
3. It's a good feedback for Admin from time to time.

But this doesn't mean that other mods are not doing good job, they are doing great job but this idea shoudn't be taken personaly. I suggest insead of selecting one mod, we select two best mods every month.

well..we're not here to compete with each other!! ;) , were here to help each other make the sabla a better place for all to enjoy. :)

IceTea...good points u araised ,,,,

there is nothing wrong in a competetion ,,, it is benefitial for both the member & moderators ,,,

I know everyone is working hard ,,,& this is not to say who is better than the others,,,,

it is just to have a moderator for every month as it is for the members,,,

could i see the disadvantages of such thread ,,,,

about the best thread I hopefully see it soon :D

well...as B.I..said..there is no competition....to be around..:D....everyone tries the best they can do...

beside that.....every mod..got his/her own sabla..to take care of...soo it differs from one to another...:)

really i like him/her :D and i hope there is no awful thread . bcuz my vote 'll go to some one else:fire:
