Ministers concerned of the OPEC countries are meeting on Qatar's request to discuss increasing oil out-put to replace the shortage caused by current situation in Venezuela and impending evil act over the Iraqi people.

Increased oil out put would sustain Bush administration but the shortage would send a pinch in the spine of the American consumers.

It is believed that current situation in Vennezuela is the act of the Big Brother up in the North to distabilize the fifth oil producing nation in the world. The strikes and violation seen in recent weeks in Venezuela have, like the impending attack on Iraq, no justifications.

President Hugo Chavez is popular amongst the poor and poor are the majority. The opposition basis comprise of rich and well to do. The military is with the president. It remains to be seen who is to win but so far the opposition have been free to run their own anti government media and have been trying to obviously discredit the government's positive efforts
to the people.
